Requirements:

  3. Proven experience in community building, affiliate marketing, growth hacking, or similar roles.
  4. A hustler with a results-driven approach and a willingness to work hard to achieve ambitious goals.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  6. Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions for growth and engagement challenges.


Responsibilities:

  1. Implement strategies to drive sign-ups and effective first-time deposits (eFTDs) for a leading financial product.
  2. Identify and engage target groups such as students, gamers, drivers, and similar communities.
  3. Create, nurture, and expand communities that can be leveraged for ongoing and future campaigns.
  4. Utilize innovative marketing methods, such as WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and on-campus promotions, to generate interest and drive results.
  5. Track key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and community growth efforts, and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align community-building efforts with broader organizational goals.
  7. Plan and execute events such as meet-ups, webinars, and training sessions to engage community members.
  8. Address questions and concerns from community members to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  9. Collaborate with influencers, organizations, or institutions that align with target demographics to expand outreach and engagement.
