Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Business Development Manager with a strong focus on sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GCC market, a passion for creativity, and a proven track record in sales. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving business growth and forging lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business growth and revenue target of 1M USD.
  2. Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing creative solutions.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to craft innovative proposals and presentations for clients.
  5. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably within the creative industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Strong network of contacts within the GCC market.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic
