Roles & Responsibility:
1. Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other
social channels.
2. Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize and improve
campaign effectiveness.
3. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
4. Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
6. Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns current and effective.
8. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search results.
Experience:
1. Total experience of 3 years with a proven experience of 2 years in aesthetic industry, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable
results.
2. Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
5. Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is an added advantage.
