Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
▪️ 2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the real estate or construction industry.
▪️ Commercial Asset Management
▪️ Real Estate Development Management
▪️ Concluding, following up and renewing rental contracts
▪️ Leasing management of retail shops and malls.
▪️ Exploring investment and commercial opportunities.
▪️ Investment and commercial planning.
▪️ Familiarity with the details of construction drawings for facilities (Civil Engineer preferred if possible).
Language skills: Arabic language
