- Develop Avaya EP IVR applications using Avaya Orchestration Designer (AOD) 7.x+
- Implement and configure Avaya Experience Portal (AEP) 7.x+
- Design LLD, call flows, and data flows for advanced IVR applications
- Troubleshoot and monitor IVR applications on AEP
- Integrate with JSON/ REST, SOAP/ XML services
- Work with VDNs, Skills, and Telecom adjuncts
- Support business teams during testing & production issue resolution
- Prepare technical documentation – IVR Call Flow, LLD, etc.
- Ensure SDLC compliance and quality software delivery
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in IVR development
- Strong knowledge of ACM, CTI, AES, CMS and related telecom/ contact center technologies
- Exposure to industries like Banking, Government, Hospitality, Airlines
- Experience with Speech & Voice Technologies – Nuance Voice Biometrics, Speech Recognition
- Added advantage: Cloud CX implementation (Avaya or other vendors)
