Job Title: Finance Manager – Real Estate & Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate or development finance. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, project cost control, and financial reporting, ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the company’s real estate projects.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, experience managing complex budgets, and expertise in project feasibility and ROI analysis. The candidate will also lead a small team of 1-2 accountants and play a key role in optimizing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Conduct detailed financial analysis for property acquisitions, developments, and investments.

Manage cash flow and debt planning to ensure sufficient funding for ongoing projects.

Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Perform variance analysis to identify budget deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Provide strategic insights into project ROI, NPV (Net Present Value), and feasibility studies.

Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations by coordinating with tax advisors and auditors.

Implement and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Lead and manage a small finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.

5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in real estate or development finance.

Strong expertise in financial modelling, project cost management, and cash flow analysis.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to executive leadership.

Strong team management skills, with experience leading a team of 1-2 accountants.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Prior experience in the UAE is highly preferred.

Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate communication within the team.
