Job Summary:
The Training Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling training programs and services offered by the company to potential clients in his region and manage leads from Saudi region. This role involves understanding client training needs, developing tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the value of the training programs to drive sales revenue. The Training Sales Representative plays a crucial role in expanding the company's client base and contributing to its growth in the training industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach and Relationship Building:
Identify and research potential clients within the target market who could benefit from the company's training programs.
Initiate contact with leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
Negotiation and Closing:
Present pricing, contracts, and terms to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions records.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads through the sales process and providing regular updates to sales management.
Collaboration with Training Team:
Collaborate with the training operation team in HQ to ensure a clear understanding of training content, methodologies, and delivery formats.
Provide input on market trends and client feedback to help improve training offerings.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging training needs in the market.
Provide insights and recommendations to help refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities in Saudi region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Education, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales roles, particularly in selling training services or educational programs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Consultative selling skills and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is added advantage.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
