Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Motor Surveyors to join our team. One position will be based in Dubai and the other in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in motor surveying within the UAE, with a strong preference for those who have worked with leading insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of motor vehicle damages.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports.
3. Liaise with clients, repair shops, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient claim processing.
4. Provide expert advice on repair costs and procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motor insurance products and services.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor surveying within the UAE.
2. Proven track record with leading insurance companies such as Sukoon and Orient is highly preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for survey reporting.
