Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundation in customer interaction.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment is essential for understanding industry standards and practices.
Fluency in Arabic is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Strong technical skills with experience in CRM software or call center technologies to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Proficiency in English is a plus, allowing for better communication with diverse teams and documentation.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, adapting to changes in products, services, or procedures.
