Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Understand client needs and tailor impactful HR solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and consulting solutions.
Build strong client relationships and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or similar.
Proven experience in consulting or the training industry (essential).
GCC experience (essential), preferably in UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
