About the Role

We are hiring Team Members on behalf of one of our leading hospitality clients in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on restaurant experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll be trained to handle multiple restaurant stations and maintain service excellence.

Job Purpose

As a Team Member, you will be expected to independently manage all restaurant operations stations. Your responsibilities will include hashtag#food preparation, hashtag#customerservice, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare food and beverages according to standardized recipes

Serve customers with accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned work areas

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards

Work collaboratively with team members and support restaurant goals

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar fast-paced hospitality environment

Ability to work independently across all restaurant stations
