Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer experience
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
- Implement food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Develop marketing strategies and special promotions
- Manage inventory and supply chain operations
Requirements :
- Minimum 8+ years experience in restaurant especially in Malabar cuisine is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Financial management expertise including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Proficiency in Malayalam language.
