Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the Staffing & Recruitment industry in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and business meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams for successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in business development within the staffing & recruitment industry in the UAE
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment trends, and staffing solutions
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
UAE Driving License preferred
