Open Position: Talent Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our International Department in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting talent management programs. Your primary objective will be to identify high-potential talent and create individualized development plans, conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and support talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential talent and create individualized development plans.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support leadership development and employee engagement.
- Analyze talent data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Support the implementation of performance review cycles, including goal setting, calibration, and feedback processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining competency models aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in talent development, learning, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Recruitment teams to ensure talent programs align with overall HR strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of performance management, leadership development, and succession planning practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
