In this key role, you’ll be responsible for developing training materials, communication plans, knowledge bases, and feedback channels to support the rollout of policies, standards, and procedures – with a strong focus on Data Governance and Change Management.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Training, Change & Transformation Management
Background in Banking/ Financial Services
Expertise in stakeholder communication and senior-level training delivery
Experience in Central Bank risk & regulatory frameworks
Strong grasp of Data Management & Governance
Proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven professional
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Finance/Business (Master’s preferred)
