- Preparing offers, proposals, and communicant them with the client
- Coordinating activities, arranging appointments with customers
- Handles urgent calls, emails, and messages. They also answer customer queries
- Processes orders received via phone, email, or mail. They verify correct prices
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to manage sales records
