Job Role Objective
Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and driving new business opportunities. Conduct market research, identify potential customers, and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to reach potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry and market trends to position our products and services effectively
- Collaborate with the divisional and regional teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to Branch Manager and Division Managers
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Stay informed about competition and market changes to adjust strategies and activities accordingly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
