Bin Ham Group is looking for a dynamic Administrative Secretary to support our Corporate Office in Al Ain. This is not your average admin role—we’re searching for someone who can confidently manage communications, support executive tasks, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
A background in Media, Communication, or Administrative work
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
Arabic speaker (preferred for the role)
What You'll Do:
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support
Draft, translate, and manage internal and external communication
Liaise with departments to ensure smooth corporate operations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
