Main Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 (Core HR, Payroll, and Self Service)
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementations
- Experience with Retro pay, Document of Records, and HR Budget implementations
- Strong command over Payroll cycles, elements, balances, Fast Formulas, costing
- Proficient in Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher
- Expertise in EBS security levels and module integrations
- Documentation and deployment steps creation
