Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Engineer Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert Reservoir Engineering support to the Development organization. This includes responsibilities such as prospect generation, development planning, economic evaluation, production forecasting, and reserves estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead reservoir monitoring and analysis to support field development strategies.

Perform both long-term and short-term production forecasting.

Conduct reservoir dynamic modeling, including simulation studies and history matching.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate field performance and identify opportunities for enhanced recovery.

Support post-well reviews, lookbacks, and flowback management initiatives.

Engage with business stakeholders to address technical challenges, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.

aRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering.

Strong expertise in dynamic reservoir modeling, simulation, and production forecasting.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
