Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dataiku Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end data workflows and solutions using the Dataiku platform. This role requires strong expertise in data integration, analysis, and visualization to drive actionable insights and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Workflow Development:

Design, build, and optimize data workflows using Dataiku DSS (Data Science Studio).

Automate data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Support business teams in leveraging Dataiku for self-service analytics.

Model Deployment and Maintenance:

Deploy machine learning models and manage their lifecycle using Dataiku.

Monitor and troubleshoot deployed workflows and models for performance optimization.

Data Quality and Governance:

Implement data quality checks and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Document workflows, processes, and best practices for reuse and collaboration

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Onshore: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a similar role with hands-on experience in Dataiku.

Offshore: 5+ years of experience in similar roles with strong proficiency in Dataiku.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Dataiku DSS and its integration with data sources (SQL, NoSQL, APIs).

Expertise in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.

Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps principles.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work across time zones for collaboration (for offshore roles).

Certifications in Dataiku or related fields (preferred).

Experience with data governance frameworks is a plus.
