*Effectively handling of helpdesk calls and email communications.
*Meeting rooms AV support.
*Sound knowledge with Microsoft Products, like M365 and Windows10.
*Setting up AVAYA SIP telephone systems for call center, troubleshooting and constantly providing instant solutions.
*Providing remote support and troubleshooting over telephone, WhatsApp, or by visiting affected sites.
