We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to perform Mystery Shopping audits across various locations. You'll assess service quality, cleanliness, staff behavior, and overall customer experience while remaining discreet and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mystery shopping visits as per assigned schedules
Assess and report on customer service quality, staff performance, and compliance with company standards
Submit detailed and timely reports based on observations
Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in evaluations
Preferred Background:
Experience in Mystery Shopping, Customer Service, or similar roles.
Background in service-oriented fields such as Airlines, Cruise Lines, or Hospitality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
