Job Description:

Scope of Work:

· Accurate Recon platform SME on the IT side.

· Strong technical and functional role, good liaison skills with vendor and other stakeholders.

· Strengths around requirement discussion, BRD preparation, feasibility check, challenging the requirements and able to negotiate the true value of the ask.

· Management skills on development status update, SIT / UAT / Performance test planning and their sign-off and production Go-Live support from IT side.

· Weekly reporting on activities and preparation of heat map, to plan the demand supply pipeline and set right expectations to the business and better planning.

· Planning for application upgrades, archiving and support thru all CR’s on the platform.

· Supporting Recon and VAT application on UAT for business scenario testing, IB, MB and batch mode interface integration testing QA testing.

· Taking UAT and Staging approvals from change owners and stakeholders for requirements, change requests, and coordinate change management appropriately.

· conducting impact analysis and co-ordinate with clients on new requirements/change SIT, UAT and Production Go-Live

· Creating CR ticket and production moving CR coordination with production support team for deployment and sign-off of Go-Live.

KPIs

3 to 4 CR’s every month.

Thorough SIT based on the ask, which should reflect on minimal tickets in UAT

4 man-days of release deployments, Post release stability without any identified UAT issues

100% process adherence to IT process and governance

SLAs -

24 hours for urgent bug fixes, 48 hours for medium impact bug fixes

95% Services available on DEV, UAT & Staging servers

Near 100% bug free releases.
