Assessing the maturity level of technology governance in the ministry, coordinating with relevant parties to prepare corrective procedures, and monitoring their implementation.
Developing and executing audit plans to ensure the quality of technologies across the organization's digital systems, including audits to verify compliance with quality assurance processes.
Monitoring the adherence of technical units within the organization to the optimal use of digital systems, the availability of necessary technical support, and the compliance rate with approved system integration plans.
Identifying infrastructure, software, systems, and technical service needs, and enhancing integration and interoperability processes among various systems in accordance with government digital requirements and the ministry's strategy.
Preparing and overseeing the integration of new technologies and systems into the existing infrastructure.
Conducting reviews and evaluations of enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitoring emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the ministry's enterprise architecture.
Any other tasks related to the department's scope of work or assigned by the Director of Digital Transformation Planning.
