Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 3+ years of experience with Laravel and PHP, including 2+ years with PHP 8+ and Laravel 8 or above.
3. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
4. Proven experience applying Design Patterns in Laravel-based projects.
5. Hands-on experience with Redis (queues, caching, sessions).
6. Experience with at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB, CouchDB, Firebase).
7. Comfortable working with MySQL/PostgreSQL alongside NoSQL where required.
8. Proficient in SQL database design and optimization techniques.
9. Good understanding of Git, Docker, and foundational DevOps practices.
10. Familiarity with front-end tools or frameworks like Vue.js or React (a plus).
11. Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
12. Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

1. Experience with advanced Laravel tools such as Laravel Octane, Livewire, Nova, or Horizon.
2. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture methodologies.
3. Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or event-driven architectures.
4. Experience building or maintaining SaaS, ERP, or other large-scale applications.
5. Contributions to Laravel open-source projects, custom packages, or community engagement.
