What You’ll Do:
Identify training needs with leadership teams
Design & deliver engaging programs (communication, selling, leadership, time mgmt., etc.)
Use workshops, coaching, and digital tools to drive learning
Track impact, gather feedback, and report training effectiveness
What You Bring:
4–7 years in soft skills training (retail/service preferred)
Strong facilitation & communication skills
Knowledge of adult learning & training design principles
Passion for continuous learning & people development
