This role will be responsible for leading and supporting operational initiatives and transformation projects within Wealth Management. This includes optimizing end-to-end processes, driving digital and regulatory change, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strategic projects in alignment with business goals
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years’ experience in Wealth Management Operations or Project/Change Management
• Strong understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibility:
• Lead and support transformation initiatives across Wealth Operations (investments, client onboarding, account servicing, etc.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitization
• Manage end-to-end delivery of operational projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Technology, Product, Front Office) to define requirements and implement solutions
• Support regulatory change projects (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MiFID, AML/KYC updates)
• Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and project plans
• Track KPIs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes
• Ensure risk, control, and compliance frameworks are adhered to across operations
