Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to process data from loyalty platforms, CRM systems, and transactional systems.
Integrate loyalty program data (points, tiers, redemptions, member activity) into data lakes and warehouses.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and freshness across all loyalty-related systems.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and BI teams to support loyalty analytics and personalization.
Develop and optimize data models for loyalty KPIs, segmentation, and customer journey tracking.
Automate data workflows for loyalty campaigns, promotions, and member communications.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal security standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and infrastructure to maintain high system availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally with a focus on customer or loyalty data.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure, Snowflake).
Familiarity with loyalty systems (e.g., Comarch, Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, OracleLoyalty).
Experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale data pipeline development.
Knowledge of APIs and integration with third-party systems (CRM, POS, mobile apps, etc.).
