What You'll Do:

Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns

Generate qualified leads & sales opportunities

Conduct compelling sales presentations over the phone

Research & identify potential clients in target markets

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with sales team for appointments & demos

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years experience in tele calling/telemarketing/inside sales

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Excellent English communication & active listening skills

Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities

CRM software proficiency

B2B sales experience (IT services/technology preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
