We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in the banking domain to join our team in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role for someone with a strategic vision in enterprise architecture and a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI and Big Data.

Experience: 15+ years (Mandatory)

Domain: Current and strong experience in the Banking Sector is a must

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation across banking systems

Define, refine, and optimize Enterprise and Domain Architecture (EA/DA)

Identify architectural bottlenecks and propose strategic improvements

Architect solutions involving Big Data technologies – both On-Prem and Cloud

Integrate AI tools and platforms into the core architecture

Demonstrate how AI can drive innovation and transformation in banking

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure banking solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the banking domain

Strong grasp of EA/DA frameworks and methodologies

Hands-on knowledge of modern Big Data ecosystems and cloud platforms

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise-level systems
