Thomsun Group is looking for a proactive and business-savvy HR Business Partner to support one of our leading divisions. If you have experience in manufacturing or trading environments, and are passionate about driving performance through structured HR interventions, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a strategic HR partner to the division head and management teams
Design and implement effective performance management systems to track and enhance individual and team productivity
Regularly monitor sales performance metrics and support managers in coaching and corrective actions
Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building
Address employee relations, retention, and engagement strategies
Analyze workforce data to recommend improvements and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of HRBP experience in a trading or manufacturing company
Proven track record in performance management implementation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
Agile, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
