Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior IT Business Analyst with strong techno functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LSretail. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering effective business solutions that align with organizational goals, particularly within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C side development, LS retail module management API integrations, LS Data Director, and system rollout deployments. A deep understanding of both functional processes and technical architecture is essential to support and implement changes across retail systems efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business Information systems, or a related field.

• Having below certifications would be an advantage:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics NAV or Business Central Functional Consultant.

LS Retail Certified Professional.

• A minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end implementation and support of NAV/ LS Retail systems (LS NAV and LS Central).

• Solid understanding of retail and commercial business processes including POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and financials.

• Knowledge of integration with third-party applications and APIs.
