Job Purpose:
To support exceptional service delivery across the Middle East market by managing key distributor relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage service delivery pipelines and ensure timely handling of new business and servicing requests
· Build strong relationships with external distributors and internal stakeholders
· Use Management Information (MI) tools to monitor and enhance service performance
· Promote digital service channels to partners and clients
· Resolve service-related issues and escalations promptly
· Provide training to partners for clean and compliant submissions
· Align service delivery with regulatory and business standards
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 2+ years in Account Management within insurance or banking
· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
