Job Description:

The QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards. This role involves site inspections, audits, training sessions, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license to travel between multiple sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and enforce compliance with QHSE regulations across all operations.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits.
3. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
4. Develop and deliver training on health, safety, and environmental practices.
5. Maintain and update QHSE documentation and records.
6. Assist in developing and implementing QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
7. Liaise with external auditors, authorities, and clients on QHSE matters.
8. Ensure proper PPE usage and safety signage across all sites.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent QHSE standards.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE Catering or F&B industry.
4. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
5. Strong communication and reporting skills.
6. Ability to work independently and travel to multiple project sites.
