Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of education quality management systems
-Provide advisory support on training programs and learning strategies
-Monitor compliance with KSA education regulations
-Conduct training evaluations and support continuous improvement
-Lead and support innovation in vocational and professional training
Required Competencies:
-Strong experience in training & coaching execution, learning methodologies, and education R&D
-Familiarity with international vocational education standards
-Proven ability to think strategically, lead change, and influence and inspire others
