About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in leading enterprise-level projects within the IT domain. This role requires strong project governance skills, a deep understanding of PMI-PMP methodologies, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and risk frameworks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze departmental requirements and draft comprehensive project initiation documents.
2. Prepare structured project plans, including realistic timelines and resource planning.
3. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely updates.
4. Review and consolidate periodic project reports and performance summaries.
5. Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and ensure actionable follow-ups.
6. Prepare and deliver detailed presentations on project performance and departmental progress.
7. Identify and analyze risks; develop robust risk management and mitigation plans.
8. Review project deliverables, ensure quality control, and oversee disbursement documentation.
9. Maintain and update the project lessons learned log and best practice documentation.
10. Manage professional project closures as per PMI standards.
11. Ensure all tasks align with PMI-PMP methodology and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. At least 8 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
2. Strong command of MS Project and familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) systems.
3. Proven track record of managing enterprise IT projects from initiation to closure.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
5. Preferred fluency in both Arabic and English – spoken, written, and read.
6. Mandatory/Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
7. Additional certifications such as PgMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, or PMI-ACP are an advantage.
8. Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
9. Creative thinking and strong leadership skills within project environments.
