We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Application Engineer – Enterprise Risk to join our IT department. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of technical workstreams across both projects and BAU. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and security to deliver and optimize enterprise risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage technical workstreams across projects and BAU.

- Coordinate with development teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.

- Oversee solution design, development, and deployment.

- Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and leadership across SDLC.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies and governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 12+ years in systems implementation, with at least 4 years leading technical teams.

- Proficiency in DotNET (.Net), Java, Python.

- Strong expertise in Cloud environments (AWS & Azure).

- Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational platforms.

- Exposure to Risk domains (Credit Risk, IFRS9, Model Risk, ESG, Liquidity & Market Risk, Fraud Risk).

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
