About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Compliance Division as a Fircosoft Tuning Specialist. This role is key to ensuring our compliance systems are optimized, effective, and aligned with regulatory standards. You’ll be at the forefront of tuning and maintaining FircoSoft modules to detect suspicious activities, reduce false positives, and safeguard compliance integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Compliance Systems for sanctions and AML screening.

Perform tuning activities for FircoSoft modules (FMM, FUM, FFF Classic).

Conduct algorithm testing, completeness validation, and false positive analysis.

Automate and improve system processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Compliance, IT, and Regulatory teams for alignment and audits.

Generate and present compliance dashboards, reports, and thematic reviews.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely system updates.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with FircoSoft (FMM, FUM, FFF Classic).

Expertise in sanctions screening, AML compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Skilled in rule writing, tuning, and false positive reduction.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Minimum 13 years of experience + Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Professional certifications (Oracle Database, AML/ Compliance preferred) are a plus.
