Experience: 3–4 years relevant experience
We are looking for a motivated Officer – E-Channels to join our team and ensure the effective implementation and support of e-channel functionalities (ATM/ CCDM) — from project initiation to go-live — while providing seamless customer support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Oversee and support ATM/ CCDM business and service applications
▪️Prepare User Manuals, training materials, and system documentation
▪️#Monitor machine performance, uptime, and cash flow to optimize availability
▪️#Coordinate with vendors and service providers (CCTV, CIT, Switch, etc.)
▪️Execute ATM/CCDM relocations, new installations, and lease/AMC renewals
▪️Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, and system improvements
▪️Generate periodic reports on performance, transactions, and replenishment
▪️Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
🧠 What We’re Looking For
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
▪️3–4 years of relevant experience in e-channels / digital banking operations
▪️Strong communication & negotiation skills
▪️Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
▪️Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
