Key Responsibilities
Lead the Internal Institutional Excellence Award and promote a culture of excellence across all levels.
Conduct benchmarking and stakeholder satisfaction studies to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Monitor performance indicators, prepare progress reports, and recommend process improvements.
Apply quality systems, institutional performance models, and innovative practices to enhance service delivery.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Business Administration (experience required as per degree level).
Professional certifications in Quality, Institutional Excellence, Strategy Management, Balanced Scorecard, or Six Sigma are preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational development, and performance management skills.
