Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and dispatch

• Manage inventory with real-time tracking and accuracy

• Oversee fleet operations and logistics: dispatching, routing, timely deliveries

• Supervise and train warehouse team to achieve daily targets

• Ensure effective layout planning, space utilization, and cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels, initiate reorders, and handle cycle counts

• Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, and hygiene standards

• Maintain proper documentation and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to meet goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years warehouse management experience (preferably in food or manufacturing)

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

• Fluent in English; Arabic and Filipino candidates are preferred

• Knowledge of local labor laws, hygiene, and safety standards
