What You’ll Own:
Full-cycle fundraising: hunt, pitch & close high-value deals
Build and manage investor pipeline via outreach, referrals & events
Craft compelling investment narratives backed by strong financials
Act as investor concierge: onboarding, reporting & ongoing engagement
Partner with deal teams to align asset metrics with LP expectations
Represent the firm at top-tier industry events & roadshows
Your Profile:
7+ years capital raising experience (PE, wealth management, real estate a plus)
Proven record of closing 7-figure+ deals
Strong understanding of IRR, equity multiples, and investment structures
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Hunter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
