We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive with a strong background in BPO operations and proven experience in handling US clients for Dubai location. The role involves managing day-to-day business processes, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving operational excellence while maintaining strong client relationships across US-based accounts.
Qualification and Skills Required :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in BPO operations with at least 2+ years handling US clients.
3. Strong understanding of call center metrics, client SLAs, and reporting standards.
4. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to engage with US stakeholders.
5. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management capabilities.
6. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to CRM and call center tools.
7. Flexible to work in US shifts (night shifts/rotational shifts).
