About the Role
As a Service Resilience & Continuity Engineer, you will:
- Develop and maintain the Group-wide service continuity program.
- Manage dashboards tracking continuity readiness across services.
- Lead planning, preparation, and testing to ensure business continuity in case of major incidents or disasters.
- Apply and maintain our service criticality tiering framework, ensuring the right investments in resilience and risk mitigation.
- Act as a guardian of availability—working closely with delivery teams to ensure performance, capacity, resilience, and operational requirements are met.
- This is a critical role that drives service resilience and recoverability across IT Operations, including international entities—building trust as a true partner to the business.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3+ years in IT Operations in organizations with 4000+ users (banking experience: 4+ years)
- Strong background in high availability, high transaction-rate, and geographically complex environments
- 2+ years in IT service performance engineering, service delivery, or transition
- Proven track record in cross-functional technology teams
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in IT Service Management with a strong operations focus
- Deep functional & technical understanding of critical applications and infrastructure services
- Strong grasp of risks, security, compliance, and audit requirements
