We are looking for a skilled specialist who can ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot critical issues, and support the banking technology ecosystem.
Role Overview:
Support ATM/CDM/ITM machines (Aptra Activate/ATMX) – software & hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA
Proficient in Incident, Problem & Change Management
Conduct RCA and provide permanent fixes & workarounds
Manage outsourced vendors and ensure resource availability
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–6 years’ experience in Application Production Support (Banking/Financial domain)
✔️ Strong knowledge of ATM/CDM/ITM software, hardware, and transaction flows
✔️ Proactive monitoring & troubleshooting skills
✔️ Expertise in SQL Server, Linux/Windows OS, APIs, JSON, XML, ISO8583, Payment systems
✔️ Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices (with MongoDB exposure)
✔️ Passion for root cause analysis and production stability
