About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting solutions on Newgen LCAP (Low Code Application Platform) while also providing Level 2/3 support for in-house applications. You will follow the SDLC process and work on diverse development projects that directly impact our banking and enterprise clients.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in softwar development for Newgen Products

- - Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, J2EE - technologies

- Proficiency in SQL / Oracle (query optimization, database handling)

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks

- Familiarity with Visual Studio .NET 2015 or later

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Preferred

- Experience with workflow-based solutions / BPM (Newgen)

- Experience with Loan Origination System (Newgen)

- Awareness of UAE ecosystem integrations (e.g., Emirates ID, UAEPass)

- Familiarity with system integration and web development technologies

- Exposure to automation tools and willingness to learn BPM (Newgen)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based software solutions

- Participate in design, coding, peer reviews, unit/system testing, UAT, and deployment

- Prepare documentation including system architecture, design docs, test cases, and release documents

- Troubleshoot issues via log analysis & database query optimization

- Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to deliver high-quality solutions

- Develop and customize Loan Origination System (Newgen)

- Develop custom BPM solutions (Newgen) for the banking industry

- Provide development and L2/L3 support for LCAP (Newgen) and other in-house apps
