About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Senior Telemarketing Executives to join our team on a short-term contract. The role is focused entirely on outbound calling, qualifying leads, and identifying potential business opportunities for the Gulf-region market.
Key Responsibilities
·Make outbound calls to potential clients in the Gulf region using the extension provided by Dubai office.
·Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential.
·Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the business development team.
·Accurately record all call details and outcomes in Excel on a daily basis.
·Follow scripts and training provided to ensure consistent and professional communication.
·Report progress and share regular updates with the Dubai office team.
Requirements
·Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / outbound calling.
·Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
·Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
·Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
·Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn through provided training.
