We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Enterprise Architect / Principal Oracle DBA who can own, design and operate a broad Oracle estate covering identity & access, integration, analytics, ERP, middleware and application platforms. The ideal candidate is an expert implementer and architect - hands-on with deep operational experience across multiple Oracle products and in integrating Oracle components with third-party systems and enterprise security frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy and support Oracle Access Manager (OAM) solutions including SSO and 2-factor authentication.
- Lead integration of OAM with 3rd-party PKI systems, Paradiso LMS, ManageEngine Helpdesk, and other enterprise apps.
- Lead day-to-day DBA activities and performance tuning across Oracle Database environments; use Oracle Diagnostics & Tuning Pack.
- Architect and administer Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and migrations.
- Design, deploy and support Oracle WebCenter / Web Portal implementations.
- Implement, manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Hyperion/EPM where applicable.
- Manage and administer Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) / BI deployments and reporting integrations.
- Build and maintain Java-based integration services for external integrations and APIs.
- Design and support Oracle SOA integration flows and mediation logic.
- Manage Oracle WebLogic application server clusters, deployments and troubleshooting.
- Operate and tune Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring, alerts and lifecycle management.
- Manage SSL/TLS across application and DB tiers; coordinate certificate lifecycle with PKI.
- Provide capacity planning, backup & recovery strategy, high availability and DR design.
- Create runbooks, standard operating procedures, and lead incident post-mortems.
- Mentor/lead a small team of DBAs/engineers and collaborate with application, security and network teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews, security assessments and change advisory board (CAB) activities.
Required skills
- Strong, demonstrable experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and SSO architectures.
- Deep Oracle Database administration skills (RAC, Data Guard, backup/restore, performance tuning).
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for replication and migration, Oracle WebLogic administration and JVM tuning.
- Experience integrating identity systems with PKI and implementing 2-factor authentication.
- Experience in Oracle SOA Suite and middleware integrations, Oracle EBS and/or Hyperion/EPM implementations or support
- Solid Java development / integration experience (web services, REST, JMS) for external integrations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or Oracle BI platforms.
- Strong SSL/TLS lifecycle and certificate management knowledge.
- Excellent troubleshooting, scripting (Shell, PL/SQL) and automation skills.
- Strong communication skills; able to translate architecture to ops/runbook level.
