What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and manage our service operations team

Oversee daily HVAC service activities & maintenance

Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Manage P&L and optimize departmental profitability

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Develop and mentor technical teams

What We Need:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC qualification (MANDATORY)

5+ years HVAC service experience (2+ years management)

P&L Management Experience (ESSENTIAL) 💹

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

Leadership and communication skills

UAE driving license (or willingness to obtain)
